- What’s the difference between general office space and serviced office space?
General office space is simply a room ready for you to then kit out – so you sort the extras such as WiFi, desks, chairs, utilities, etc. With a serviced office, what you need is all set up and ready to go – just turn up and start working in minutes. Think of us as your office manager, so you can focus on your core business functions.
- What facilities are available with a serviced office?
We can provide furniture, broadband, heating and aircon, call answering, post handling, printing, copying, meeting rooms & breakout areas, recycling, bike store, shower or any combination that suits.
- How long is the serviced-office contract and would I be able to vacate early if my circumstances change?
Our licence agreements are for 12 months, but you can give 3 months’ notice at any time.
- What happens if I outgrow my office quickly, or need to downsize?
We make the process as simple as possible and work with you to move to the right space without tying you into the standard notice period.
- Can I hire an office for a short period like a day, week or month?
With the option to book a hot desk or hot office by the day or week, you can fine tune the space you need.
- How big are your offices?
Spaces comfortably accommodate 3 to 10 people.
- How quickly can I move in?
As soon as you like!
- Is there car parking available?
There is ample free-parking on-site for you and your visitors.
- What is the access and security like?
There is flexible, 24/7 access to the serviced offices, which have a built-in security system.
- What is your pet policy?
As much as we love our furry friends too, we must be considerate of others so are unable to allow pets in the serviced offices.
- What are your catering facilities?
We can arrange refreshments for meeting room spaces – hot and cold drinks, snacks, lite bites and a variety of lunches. Tenants in serviced offices are welcome to use The Picnic Hamper on-site café and also have access to a kitchen, where they can store their own drinks/food.
