Why you chose to base your business on Monument Park?
Close to my home with the right type of unit for a starter company. There was quite a waiting list but it was worth it!
Quirky fact about you or your business:
The business started in my garden shed and was created on the back of my DIY conversion of a panel van to a campervan. I found that getting parts for the conversion was easy, but finding out information about 12V electrical systems wasn’t, so I built the business around knowledge and customer support as much as the products themselves. 7 years later we have a team of 10, a £2m+ turnover and are about to move into an 8000sqft premises to allow for growth, so I guess we’re doing something right

Why you chose to base your business on Monument Park?
It was convenience to start off with. The Jennings team have to drag me off the park now to make me leave . It’s part of my identity now. Enjoying my last stint before I hang up my boots.

Selling a Boeing Engine and a landing gear ship set has been one of the highlights of my career.
Fun story about an experience on the Park
I still remember the (then young) Paul Mabbutt showing us unit 15 when we first came to visit. It was his charm that sold us the unit. Have not regretted since. Jennings team are like my extended family.

Fun story about an experience on the Park
We were one of the first tenants in Hampden House, and were (we think) the first tenant to try wireless broadband beamed across the park from Hampden House in the days before FTTC broadband. Rob and Jonathan share an interest with Mike in classic cars that seem only too happy to leak oil all over the park! We trained the best marketing person Jennings have ever employed!
