Monument Community Trust celebrated it’s 10^th Anniversary this year and decided to give a birthday present by launching an amazing competition for all Oxfordshire-based charities and community groups.

To celebrate in a way to give back and do something meaningful, MCT hosted a birthday party at Tap Social with the 4 charity finalists, Daybreak Oxford, Emmaus, Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse & Rape Crisis Centre (OSARCC) and SeeSaw along with our sponsors, tenants, and friends.

20 applications were received and a judging panel shortlisted the 4 finalists, who then pitched at the event to a live audience who voted to decide the winner which was a very difficult decision! 

Huge congratulations to all the charities and to Seesaw who won MCT’s ‘birthday giveaway’ of £1,000! All the charities are winners in our eyes, and they all won cash prizes and received generous business support packages from our fantastic sponsors:
