What is resilience? It’s the ability to be flexible, adaptable, resourceful, to bounce back when facing setbacks… when the going gets tough! Does that sound like an impossibility for you? This workshop will be both practical and interactive, giving you an understanding of what goes on inside you when you face challenges.
As well as giving you techniques to use to master your mind, Melanie will explain how you can develop your resilience by learning to how to change from the inside out and so manage your mood and performance in order to stay within the ‘Zone of Optimal Performance’.
Melanie is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, NLP Master Practitioner with over 30 years’ experience as a coach and trainer working within the private and public sector. Her passion is in helping individuals realise their full potential, to not only be successful in what they do, but to enjoy their lives.
