At our next ‘A Breakfast with…’ Networking Event we have a cracking Guest Speaker – Hayley Monks of Think Inspire & Create.
She’ll be asking: “What’s your communication style?”
Communicating well with others can seem like hard work – whether they’re your boss, your team, your colleagues or even your family. It’s all to do with our personal preference and how the situation and environment can impact that. So taking time to understand our own preferences and how they relate to others can improve and accelerate our ability to interact.
She’ll be explaining how important it is to understand your communication preferences and how to get the best out of your interactions with others. She’ll look at identifying personal preferences of others. How do you spot the communication preferences of others and why it is so important to adapt your style to get what you want/need.
